Volunteer Guidelines:
 Volunteers in the program will be expected to dress suitably. At Home & Life we teach the children to dress appropriately and
maintain proper hygiene. It is recommended that dress modestly as Thai culture is more conservative then most western cultures.
 Volunteers will need to have a good awareness of the environment and safety of themselves and the children during their stay.
 Volunteers will be a role model for the children. Helping with cleaning and teaching the children to keep things organized will be
one of the roles of the volunteer.
 Alcohol and cigarettes are not permitted at Home & Life.
 Any projects or activities you would like to teach the children must be agreed with the project manager at Home & Life
before you start the project.

Volunteer cost per person (includes room at Home & Life and 3 meals a day)
The cost of your accommodation and meals must be paid in cash on arrival. The amount will be specified before you book: it varies,
depending on length of stay, and takes into account the fact that you are volunteering to work to help the children.
